How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs depend on the items, quantities and destination. Ordering hasn’t opened yet. Shipping charges will be shown before you pay when checkout becomes available.
Will you ship outside the UK?
The shop is being built with UK customers in mind, with international delivery planned. Available destinations will be confirmed for each product before ordering opens.
How long will my order take?
Delivery estimates need to include production time as well as shipping. Product-specific estimates will be available before you order. We aren’t accepting orders or promising delivery dates yet.
Returns & refunds
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
The new shop’s support and returns process will be published before ordering opens, including how to report damaged or incorrect items.

Can I return something or change its size?
Returns, exchanges and cancellation terms are being finalised, including the arrangements for sizing and personalised items. The applicable policy will be available before you buy.

This website uses HTTPS to encrypt the connection between your browser and the site. The new shop does not currently collect card details or accept payments.
Payment processing and privacy information will be published before checkout opens, so you can see how your information is handled.
Which payment methods will I be able to use?
Payment methods haven’t been enabled in this new shop yet. Available options will be clearly displayed before you place an order. There is no payment step in the current shop design.
Accounts & orders
Do I need an account to shop?
You don’t need an account to browse. Guest checkout with optional customer accounts is planned. Registration and ordering aren’t open yet.
Where can I find my orders and tracking?
Order confirmation and tracking information will be part of the shop when ordering opens.
If you ordered through the original shop, visit your existing account there. Its order history hasn’t been moved into this new shop.
